Remnant Beauty Traditional Skin Care

Remnant Beauty specialises in natural skin care solutions, often created using traditional historical methods and ingredients.

We were asked to create a full lineup of product packaging and digital/print promotional graphics to accompany an external rebrand and website redesign. The packaging we created had to walk the line between the traditional, victorian style requested to represent the heritage of the product and the clean, modern feel of the branding and new website. Not the most straightforward task, to marry a rich, classical design approach with a modern, minimal style but the end result was very pleasing, and worked brilliantly for the client and their customers.

We had to create a design language that could be repurposed and used successfully across very different packaging formats. A 5-inch circular balm tin is a very different beast from an artisan soap wrapper and posed different challenges. Having created that design language and bank of branded assets though, we were able to build a very strong, well-defined, and appealing set of succinct packaging.
